Air Cooled Type Water Chiller

Introduction

Air Cooled Water Chiller, which cools room temperature of water to a certain temperature through the compressor of the chiller to intensively cool the mold or machine, and is used as a stand-alone machine with a built-in fan as the heat sink. There are three main interrelated systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, and electrical automatic control system. What is more, it can be used with the Cooling Tower as a whole cooling system.

• The compressor of the cooling unit is made of scroll type fully enclosed compressor and electric control components, equipped with condenser and evaporator made of high quality copper tube with high heat exchange;

• The model has a single compressor or multi-compressor combination refrigeration system. The compressor can operate alternately automatically according to the change of load, balancing the operating hours of each compressor to achieve the effect of saving energy consumption and extending the service life of the chiller. It is convenient for energy regulation and more energy-saving at partial load;

• The whole machine shell box structure, beautiful appearance, compact structure, you can check the operation of the unit at any time; the unit can bring its own water tank and circulating water pump according to the cooling capacity, no cooling tower and cooling water pump, simple and convenient installation and maintenance;
