⛆ Installation and Maintenance of Air Cooled Chiller Economizer

1.Can be installed in the attic or roof where there is great ventilation, and in this circumstance, cooling water system is unnecessary;

2.During transporting, lifting and installing, we suggest parallel assembly;

3.Surrounding of the installation site shall be well ventilated and dry as well. Places where there is the risk of corrosion, or acid gas, and high temperature are to be avoided. To name just a few, chimney, generator, boiler and so on are the least things we would expect;

4.To keep the base of the Air Cooled Chiller Economizer and Cooling Air Chiller from rusting, cross-shaped steel is to be used as support and its distance from the ground shall be well within 20cm;

5.Water pipe inlet and outlet connection, water pump connection are all to be of shock resistance and connect with flexible joints. Besides, water switch and filter are also required;

6.Large CSA(cross sectional area) of electric wire is preferred when assembling.

2.What is Water Chiller?

It is a cooling device with constant temperature, flow rate and pressure as well. By pouring liquid into the water tank, our water chiller is able to lower the temperature of the targeted liquid. After that, the liquid is then pumped into other devices for cooling purpose. Eventually the liquid coming out is of higher temperature and re-directed into the water tank. This cycle can provide chilled water at any required temperature and is water-saving in the long run. With that being said, we can then sum up it as an energy-saving device that cools tap water to lower temperature as a kind of refrigerant. In most cases that we encountered, water outlet temperature is 5 degree, but we can also try 3 degree, to say the least.
