Structure principle

1.Adopt Finned Tube as heat transfer element of air cooler. The fins are made of aluminum or other materials, and the base tube is made of copper, carbon steel or stainless steel.

2. Single tube bundle or multi-fin tube bundle combination structure is used, and the tube bundle is placed vertically, horizontally and tilted.

3. The fan can be arranged below the tube bundle to take the forced ventilation type, or can be arranged in the upper part of the tube bundle to take the induction ventilation form.

Application

The cooling system of thermal power plant mainly refers to the condenser cooling system at the discharge end of the turbine, which condenses the spent steam discharged from the turbine, which has done its work, into condensate, which is then sent back to the boiler to continue the cycle. It is an important part of the power generation system, and its performance directly affects the thermal economy and operational reliability of the entire power system. The current cooling systems in thermal power plants are water cooling system and air cooling system.

In the heat exchange equipment of oil refineries and petrochemical plants, air coolers have become an indispensable class of equipment. In the chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and other industries, air coolers also have a wide range of applications.

Air coolers (Air Heat Exchanger) are used in motor ventilation cooling systems, air conditioning systems, air compressor cooling systems, and can also be used as parts of large fan Cooling Coil units.
