Cooling Coil

The Cooling Coil is a fluid-to-Air Heat Exchanger. Usually made of copper tubes mechanically expanded into aluminum plate fins with self-spacing collars to ensure efficient heat transfer. Coil is a device for cooling. It is mainly used for centralized supply of heat for dispersive transfer. It can conduct high-temperature heat along each tube unit to the terminal, and disperse and export the heat. The coil mainly has three main structures: the radiator pipe tube plate and the connector. The radiator pipe includes round tube, square tube, multi-faceted angle tube and other forms; the tube coil design is simple, which can improve the overall tube efficiency; and the connector It is used to connect the pipeline and the camp to realize the overall connection of the pipeline. Coils are used in air-conditioning systems, generator systems, refrigeration systems, ships and other industrial and civil instrumentation equipment, etc., to achieve energy-saving cooling and improve equipment performance. Similarly, cooling coils are used for environmental dehumidification and are part of the equipment whose function is to maintain control of the relative humidity in the cold room or any process that requires specific humidity conditions. Coil, also known as evaporator coil or indoor coil, is used in conjunction with an indoor unit and functions with an air conditioner or heat pump to cool the indoor air flowing through it by sucking away heat and moisture.
