To simplify the procedure and make it cost-saving, we introduce a new type heat exchanger-the three-in-one plate&Frame Heat Exchanger. It can be also called Multi-Stage Heat Exchanger, Plate Heat Exchanger Pasteurizer, and Pasteurizer Heat Exchanger.

In this exchanger, we see the heating and cooling actually could be divided into three parts.

1.Preheating of cool milk(28C-53C)

2.Warm up milk from 53C to 86C by steam to kill harmful bacteria

3.Cool down milk from 61C to 4C by using chilled water with an attempt to maintain flavor

Hence, a juicy and tasty cup of milk/juice is produced through our Multi-Stage Heat Exchanger/Plate Heat Exchanger Pasteurizer/Pasteurizer Heat Exchanger.

1.Can you also provide other parts of a Pasteurizer machine for me?

Hi and yes we can. We could offer spares of the Pasteurizer and can ship it to your door. You do the assembly at your factory site.

2.How long will I get a quote?

If complete parameter for selection is received, the quote will be offered to you within three days during off seasons. But considering the complexity and various projects in hands, we might as well delay for couples of weeks.
