Advanced steel-aluminum composite technology is adopted in rolling-type Air Heat Exchanger such as Jiema Carbon Steel Fin Fan Heat Exchanger, Steam Air Preheater and Steam Preheater. They are all of compact combination, small thermal resistance, strong heat transfer performance, small flow loss, good anti-corrosive performance, remote possibility for distortion under long-term cold/hot working conditions, and long service life.

1. Before turning on the equipment, thoroughly discharge the cooling water and gas mixture in the air preheater. Make the equipment run formally for about five to ten minutes.
2. Do not try over pressure when using steam as the heat medium.
3. After the fan stops or another fault happens, immediately stop heat medium supply; before the Steam Preheater stops running, stop cold air supply.
4. Usually, the Fin Fan Heat Exchanger has a working pressure of 16kg/cm² and a maximal temperature of 300℃. When temperature of the incoming air is lower than the freezing point, steam pressure in the Steam Air Preheater should not be lower than 0.35kg/ cm².
5. The Steam Preheater has an air flow rate of 4 to 10 kg/㎡.s.
6. There should be an air outlet valve at cover plate of the Fin Fan Heat Exchanger to discharge the air in the cavity and improve the heat emission efficiency. Its installation position differs with the heat medium. When high-temperature water is used, it is on the upper part of the cover plate.
7. Do not use corrosive mediums as the operating fluids.
8. When the Steam Air Preheater is not running, drain all the cold water in it to avoid freezing. If it used hot water, make a little hot water flow through its cavity continually.
