Air Cooled Exchanger for Water Chilling

Jiema Air Cooled Exchanger for Water Chilling, or Plate Type Condenser, is to cool down water to a certain degree by sucking the air from the outside world through multiple fans. Additionally, our Fin Fan Air Cooler for Water Chilling can also be used for air heating purpose of both steam systems and hot water systems. It is mainly used for the air heating of warm-air heating system, air-conditioning systems and drying devices. Being a main part of air heating devices, it is widely applied in the heating and ventilation systems of the large buildings of present industrial and mining enterprises.

The heat medium of the air radiator may be steam, hot water or heat transfer oil. The operating pressure of steam is 0.2MPa to 1.6MPa, and the temperatures of hot water and heat transfer oil are about 70℃ to 150℃ and 160℃ to 300℃ respectively.

As in the figure below, the Plate Type Condenser, also Fin Fan Air Cooler, comprises two wind boards, two connecting plates, two heat exchange tubes, two connections, an elbow, two tube plates, a header pipe and a header tank.
