Jiema Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger Evaporator, aka Bphe Evaporator or Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchanger, is Plate&Frame Heat Exchanger but without gaskets and all welded. The arrangement of Brazed Plate inside the Heat Exchanger is one plate and another similar one but with reversed direction. By placing the Brazed Plate in such a manner, our automatic welding machine creates numerous channels that separate the two fluids.
Advantage of Bphe Evaporator or Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchanger is that it enhance the strength/intensity of the heater compared with Plate And Frame Heat Exchanger. But above all, it also inherits the high heat transfer efficiency from Plate&Frame Type.
