Jiema Steam Coil Air Preheater, or Air Cooled Steam Condenser/Air Fan Cooler Heat Exchanger, is a kind of heat exchanger that is used to cool or heat forcibly flowing air with water, glycol solution, steam or heat conduction oil as the medium.
Its applications are in hot air heating, drying, cooling, dehumidifying and others such as light industry, building, chemical engineering, machinery, textile, printing & dyeing, electronics, food, starch, medication, metallurgy and painting. Different models of heat exchanger should be selected according to the actual working conditions.
1. Before starting the equipment, thoroughly discharge the cooling water and gas mixture in the air preheater. Make the equipment run formally about five to ten minutes of preheating.
2. Avoid over-pressure when using steam as the heat medium.
3. After the fan stops or another fault happens, immediately stop heat medium supply; before our Steam Coil Air Preheater stops running, stop cold air supply.
4. Usually, the Air Fan Cooler Heat Exchanger has an operating pressure of 16kg/cm² and a maximum temperature of 300℃. When temperature of the incoming air is lower than the freezing point, steam pressure in the air heater should not be lower than 0.35kg/ cm².
5. The air heater has an air flow rate of 4 to 10 kg/㎡.s.
6. There should be an air outlet valve at cover plate of the Steam Coil Air Preheater to discharge the air in the air heater cavity and improve the heat emission efficiency. Its installation position differs with the heat medium. When high-temperature water is used, it is on the upper part of the cover plate.
7. Do not use corrosive mediums.
8. When the Air Cooled Steam Condenser is not running, drain all the cold water in it to avoid freezing. If it used hot water, make a little hot water flow through its cavity continually.
